These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Bloom Space’s services, website, bookings, and event experiences.

By booking an event or using our website, you agree to these terms and certify that all information provided is accurate.

Bloom Space provides tools, soil, and materials for hands-on planting.

By participating, you acknowledge:

You and your guests are responsible for using tools safely.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Bloom Space is not liable for injuries caused by misuse of materials or unsafe conditions at the event location.

We reserve the right to decline unsafe setups (unstable surfaces, dangerous weather, etc.).

The host must ensure Bloom Space has access to:

If access delays setup time, your event end time may be adjusted accordingly.

Hosts are responsible for damage to Bloom Space property (tables, tools, materials, merchandise, trailer) caused by guests during the event.

Bloom Space may capture photos or videos at events to promote our mission.

We will always follow your preferences if you request:

You may submit removal requests anytime.

All plants and planters are subject to availability.

We will always provide beautiful, high-quality options similar to what is advertised.

Host is responsible for providing shade/cover if needed.

Bloom Space may pause or reschedule events if weather becomes unsafe.

Payments through Square, Stripe, PayPal, or invoice must be completed on time.

Late payments may result in additional fees or cancellation.

All refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Bloom Space LLC is not responsible for:
