We’re so excited to plant with you! To make sure every experience runs smoothly, please review our full Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policy below.
1. Booking Policy
A. How to Book
Events can be booked through our website, contact form, email, or directly with our team.
To secure your date, we require:
A completed booking form
Deposit
Confirmation of event details (time, location, guest count, tier preference)
Your event is considered officially booked once the deposit is received.
B. Deposits
Your base fee acts as your deposit — once it’s paid, your date is officially booked.
Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel 7 or more days before your event.
If you need to cancel or reschedule within 7 days, a $75 rescheduling fee applies. Your deposit can be transferred to your new date.
Please note that cancellations made within 72 hours of the event make the deposit non-refundable.
C. Payment Terms
Private Events: Remaining balance due 24 hours before the event
Resident & Corporate Events: Per contract or invoice
Community Roots Program: Payment required before session or by agreed terms
We accept payments via Square, credit/debit card, or invoice.
D. Guest Count
Final guest count is due 72 hours before your event.
Any additional guests will be charged the per-person rate of the tier or program selected.
E. Travel & Access
Bloom Space serves Los Angeles & Orange County. Travel fees may apply depending on distance, parking, or venue requirements.
Host must ensure:
Event area is accessible
Parking/load-in space is available
Setup area is ready at least 45 minutes before start time
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A. Host Cancellations
Your base fee acts as your deposit — once it’s paid, your date is officially booked.
Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel 7 or more days before your event.
Need to cancel or shift your date with less than 7 days’ notice?
A $75 rescheduling fee applies, and your deposit can be transferred to the new date.
*Please note that cancellations made within 72 hours of the event make the deposit non-refundable.
*If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the event, up to 50% of the remaining balance may also be charged to cover materials and preparation already completed.
B. No-Show Policy
If Bloom Space arrives and is unable to access the event area or contact the host within 1 hour of the scheduled start time, the event will be considered a no-show.
In the event of a no-show:
The deposit is forfeited
Additional charges may apply if materials, plants, or staff time were already allocated
We always do our best to reach you before making that call, but this policy ensures our time, travel, and preparation are respected.
3. Weather Policy
For outdoor events:
We will gladly work with you to move indoors or under a covered area
If conditions are unsafe (heavy rain, high winds, lightning), the event may need to be rescheduled
Weather-related cancellations follow the same cancellation policy
unless Bloom Space determines it is unsafe, in which case we will reschedule without penalty
5. Cancellations by Bloom Space
In the rare case of illness, emergency, vehicle issues, or an unavoidable conflict:
You will receive either:
A full refund of your deposit, or
A complimentary rescheduled date
Your choice.
We will always attempt to avoid cancellations whenever possible.
